Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Safety items cannot be returned unless faulty, safety items include Riding hats , body protectors and Safety Stirrups

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returns label cost will be deducted from the customer.
Any items returned for exchange are free of charge .
Returns for refund will have £4 deducted from refund for restocking costs.

For Faulty/Damaged items:
We are very disappointed on the rare occasion our customers receive a faulty product.
If you consider your purchase to be faulty please contact us via email immediately at burnbankequestrianhamilton@gmail.com with a description and clear photographs of the fault so we can investigate.
Customers are entitled to a full refund or replacement up to 30 days after receipt of the goods if they turn out to be faulty.
Items damaged due to excessive or long-term use or not washed according to the provided care instructions are not considered to be faulty. Only manufacturing faults will be considered. We will not refund items that are damaged due to incorrect sizing.
Contact with abrasive items can cause friction with soft microfiber leggings and may result in localised piling (bobbling). Piling fabric is not a manufacturing fault and will not affect the performance of the leggings, therefore refunds or exchanges are not possible.
RETURNS CRITERIA
- The purchase was received within 14 days.
- The product is in original condition with the packaging intact.
- The product is unworn, unwashed, or altered with tags still attached.
- There are no visible signs of makeup, deodorant, smoke, or animal hair.
- B.E.Boutique is unable to offer free returns at this time.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless you have received a faulty or incorrect item.
- We recommend sending returns by a reliable trackable service and retaining proof of postage as we cannot be responsible for items that are lost in transit.
- Water bottles, socks, and earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
- Safety items are non - returnable Riding hats , body protectors and safety stirrups
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, only store credit.

Reduced to Clear/ Final Sale/Discount Code purchases can be exchanged for store credit only and are NOT eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
