We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Safety items cannot be returned unless faulty, safety items include Riding hats , body protectors and Safety Stirrups

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returns label cost will be deducted from the customer.
Any items returned for exchange are free of charge .
Returns for refund will have £4 deducted from refund for restocking costs.

Effortlessly blending protection and comfort, the Kep Cromo 2.0 Jockey Helmet uses new technology to ensure the rider remains safe.
- Hand-stitched leather strap maintains the five attachment points.
- CROMO 2.0 is fitted with an integrated microchip, positioned under the front insert, to which you can upload the rider's health details using the KEP App. In case of need, this can help speed up the provision of first aid.
- Padding can be removed and hand washed or machine washed at 30°.
