We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Safety items cannot be returned unless faulty, safety items include Riding hats , body protectors and Safety Stirrups

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returns label cost will be deducted from the customer.
Any items returned for exchange are free of charge .
Returns for refund will have £4 deducted from refund for restocking costs.

Pimp up your pony and give him the wow factor with this dazzling pink shampoo, add to water, massage into a lather all over and rinse well for a deep conditioning wash.
How to Apply
For a deep conditioning wash, mix 20ml of Pimp My Pony shampoo per liter of water or apply it directly onto the wet coat. Work it into a lather, but be cautious to avoid contact with the eyes.
Rinse thoroughly with clean water after each use. Avoid applying the product on broken or irritated skin.
NAF strongly advises performing a small patch test 24 hours before the first use.
