We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Safety items cannot be returned unless faulty, safety items include Riding hats , body protectors and Safety Stirrups

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returns label cost will be deducted from the customer.
Any items returned for exchange are free of charge .
Returns for refund will have £4 deducted from refund for restocking costs.

The PIKEUR Raincoat is a waterproof coat designed with 4-way stretch fabric, offering excellent flexibility and comfort. Its elastic, durable outer material is both waterproof and windproof, with taped seams providing reliable protection against rain and wind. With a water column rating of 8,000 and breathability of 5,000, it is built for functional performance in wet weather.
The design features a non-quilted top on the front section, with the bottom of the front and the entire back section quilted for added warmth and style. The filling is made from 100% recycled Comforttemp® Fibreball, providing eco-friendly insulation. A high collar and detachable hood, adjustable with elasticated cords, offer extra protection. Additional details include a shortened zip flap, windproof Softshell cuffs, and a practical 2-way zip for versatility.
